My Goal:  448 Days without breaking the following rules:

 - I buy too much stuff and am a whore of consumer culture.   I want to make it 448 days without buying myself anything new.  Can repair or replace existing and buy gifts, but want to make it 448 days with out buying anything "new"

 - Deed to work out / do something to get my HR up for at least 1 hour every day.

 - No Smoking

 - 2 Drink Per Day Maximum

 - Follow caloric plan as laid out on MyFitness Pal

Sounds easy but will be most likely quite insane.
